I have had four ”PRIORITY MAIL” packages sitting at the Rochester post office since April 15th scheduled to my soldier at Ft Drum on April 16th. I called a 1-800 number who put me in touch with the Watertown post office. They said they could not help until the packages left Rochester. 1.
