Rocky Top D-League Rosters. Lets start this with a bang. The inaugural Rocky Top D-League for players from the Classes of 2020 and 2021, or rather freshman and sophomores, tips this Thursday, August 23rd at the newly renovated Boy's Club on Irwin Street in Knoxville. There will be eight teams of 10 players and we will have coaches in this league.
