I had a similar issue I couldnt solve so I just tried anything and now it works. What I tried that worked was to delete / rename some file called `DiskCacheArena`. I recommend just rename or move it. File was located here for me. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars - The Old Republic\swtor.

In such cases, I contact technical support and they fix this problem.Maybe they will add support for linking multiple accounts to Steam, but it creates problems with the storefront (need an option when buying something to select the correct SWTOR account). I don't think Steam API has support for this right now, so there's no way for developers to support multiple game accounts with one Steam account.
