Demon, in general, benefits the most out of any mythic path from focusing on save-or-else spells so any build that focuses on those kind of spells is going to butcher the game on any difficulty. If you want to go into melee, go down the weapon focus, power attack, cleave tree. If you want to let your CHARISMA shine in melee then grab Dazzling Display and that tree of feats.
