It wasn’t working so to work around it, I connected the white and blue wires together. These 2 wires are the sensor that checks for the lid being closed. Some newer washers will not fill or wash with the lid open. The lid must be closed for the machine to fill with water, wash, drain, rinse, and spin the load.
