Just had the same thing happen (offensive coordinator). Created a new coach under “User Teams”, assigned to the Packers, fired their offensive coordinator, switched back to my main team, hired the newly made available offensive coordinator, switched back to the Packers and retired.Bugs and glitches prevent you from being able to go a full 30 years in Madden 22.
