Kubota tractor not starting.
That's a signal problem of the rear PTO shaft switch. If the wiring harness isn't connected or loose, the starter won't even crank. Same with the little switch on the left rear Fender, if there is one. It also can be a defective switch. Sometimes those switches are a bit tricky, when there are new.

It is possible, depending on how long the tractor was on it's side, that you lost enough electrolyte where the battery does not have the current to turn over the engine. If no fuel comes out there, then suspect the fuel line/filters plugged or failing electric fuel pump (or it's wiring). No smoke=no fuel obviously. Opening the throttle won't help because of the way the governor works. Below about 400 RPM engine speed, including cranking speed, the rack is already pulled to full flow aka wide open.
