Filling Gas Tank to Max on Vulcan 800. I'm trying to find out the preferred method of getting every last drop of gas into my 800's 4 gallon tank. I've been hitting reserve around 110 miles, and when I fill up, I rarely put more than 2.5 gallons in before it looks like it's going to overflow.Real backfiring can do some serious damage and is generally a timing issue, running way too rich, or both. It runs good at highway speeds but when getting going it sometimes hesitates/stumbles when I give it just a little throttle.
