Kawasaki engine surges at full throttle.

Hello Curtis I have a John Deere Z910A mower with a Kawasaki engine that cuts just fine but the engine surges at idle and full throttle. I’ve changed the fuel filter and both spark plugs and drained the gas but it hasn’t helped. Any ideas on what I should do next would be greatly appreciated. Once I'm driving there seems to be no fuel delivery problems and the mule runs strong. I took it in for service, they adjusted the carb and the valves.

The way you did it the old gas sat in the carb bowls depositing the crap, then you put the seafoam in to clean it up. Prvention is better than an attempt at a cure.
