Not able to program XR11 remote control for both TV and AV Receiver. I can first program the remote for the TV and it works fine. Then I opt to add my AV Receiver to control the volume - so I add the receiver to the remote and THAT works fine - except the TV is not working anymore. It's like the program for the AVR overwrote the TV.

What I found worked was waiting until the tv actually switched the input, then hit the volume up or down. That gets you out of the input menu.
