My son is incarcerated and he said he only received one of several messages, I deposited money on the account for. Calling "Getting Out" support, was no help, they tell you the messages were delivered. Unable to send photos either. "Getting Out" blames that on the facility. On a scale, I rate the Getting Out app double negative stars.
