I don't know how DD treats a 2-month hiatus, but unless they reset everything, if you have at least 100 current deliveries, declining 1 order should not drop your AR by more than 1 point. If you started at 39%, accepted 4 orders, declined 1 order, at worst your AR should have been 38%.
