Ecobee add a wire.
I am installing two ecobee smart thermostats in my house. I have two zones so i need two thermostats. My previous thermostats didn't need the c-wire, but there was a c-wire in the 18/5 wiring bundle so i connected it to both zones on the control board. Upon booting up the system with both ecobee's, the one on zone 2 booted up and works fine.
To add to what everyone else has said. You have a heat pump. W2 should go in W1. And E (emergency heat) should go in W2. I have the same set up. The thermostat manual mentions cutting a jumper on the furnace if this wire is used, which suggests to me this is for the furnace's dehumidification cycle. If that is the case, then connect that wire to the ACC+ terminal on the ecobee and tell it you have a dehumidifier, and that the circuit is normally closed.
Your board doesnt even have an O/B terminal. I would try configuring the ecobee as a standard 5-wire hookup (blue to C). With only 5 wires, I'm not sure your ecobee can support 2-stage heat. Maybe you can add the PEK to free a wire and use that for aux heat. The blue on C goes along with one of the yellows on Y.
The colour of the wires don't necessarily mean anything. If you have a blue wire connected to Y instead of yellow, then your blue wire is a Y. Moving this wire to C on the ecobee does not make it a C wire as it will still be connected to Y at your furnace control board.
