My biggest BG3 save is 3.5GB. It would take literally 0.5 seconds for the PS5 load process that amount of data. Edit: so I'll reiterate, if the game loads slowly on PS5 it has nothing to do with the PS5 and would load just as slow on a PS5 Pro unless Larian properly optimized the game to take advantage of such fast SSDs.

For those that might have the same or similar problems, try going to your appdata\local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\LevelCache folder and deleting everything inside it. Everything loads very quickly now on my end. Hope it might help someone else!
