The 787s have a bit more humidity in the cabin, however that benefit can vary depending on how the captain has the air system in the cabin set. But the rest of the comfort equation has to do in large part of how the cabin is configured, how much pitch, seat type, seat width, etc.
The Economy Plus section is a premium section with up to five inches more legroom, although the seat and service is the same as the standard Economy cabin.
