I think it would help to go into that fight with two personas, having just power charge and Hassou Tobi on Yoshi and then having a support persona with a lot of resistances built in and maybe they have like Heat Riser and Salvation, I'd recommend Helel.

Repels are a bad idea against Margaret, as she absorbs the element she attacks with. You can lose Repel Dark, as she doesn’t use instakills. I would want Enduring Soul on any persona I take to fight Margaret. Apt Pupil enhances Hassou Tobi, and Megidolaon is not optimal as it’s expensive and Yoshitsune’s Magic stat is not brilliant.
