The drop rate for the master (1330) lost sectors has seemed quite a bit higher for me though. My hunter was on run 23 or 24 when reset hit. I thought I'd have to wait a while for it to come back around, but that day the chest stayed on the same lost sector, it just switched to the 1330 one.

Currently there's basically no reason to run a master lost sector aside from one time to get the triumph for that sector (or a few times if you want the flawless) or a seasonal challenge. ...
