One thing is for sure it sounded better than the Gpro X wired headset I tried once but sent back but I just never tried the wireless version. The x 2 also has bluetooth which is a bonus I guess but not a requirement. There are better options with better mics. Can’t speak on the g pro x but I love my x 2. Love my g pro x wireless.
