The throttle body is a part of the ESC system, and if any part of the system shows a fault, the ESC is automatically disabled. Door lock power comes through fuse 10, goes through C7, pin 18 on the TIPM to C1, 10 on the cluster. Interior lights and panel lamps are also driven by the cluster. I would start by checking for corrosion/broken pins/broken ... Maybe the abs ring, maybe the wheel sensor isn't seated properly. If you replaced the bearing only and not the entire assembly, the abs ring may not be facing towards the sensor, or maybe it's a bearing that doesn't have the abs ring.
