If rear blower motor is not running at any speeds, try checking the #80 relay fuse (40A) (for your 2003) under the hood next to battery and #3 fuse (7.5A) under the dash driver's side. The passenger side should have some fuses for ones that control the interior lights, doors etc. Check those.
