There's women who have super high hcg levels and only one baby and women who have "normal" hcg levels and twins. I don't think there's anything to be concerned about with that increase. My hcg was 28 at 12dpo and increased to 90 in 2 days. Technically it tripled but that doesn't mean twins… I have a healthy growing baby at 8 weeks
