Ffxiv audio cuts out.

Game sound issue. Hey, so I got this weird issue as of this latest update. I was crafting in the ishgard area (the new stuff) and sometimes my own crafting sound would cut out while I could still hear the other crafters, like the sound stopped mid-way which was weird. Not long after I tabbed out of the game and the game crashed with xaudio2_9 ...Audio cuts out during voiced cutscene. Basically what the title says. Whenever I have voice acting in a cutscene the last few syllables of the dialogue gets cut out as if ending early. Everything else is fine and I have no other issues but it's incredibly annoying. I did a complete reinstall of the game and it still didn't fix it.I play on Xbox360 and a few days ago, my sound while playing FFXI will slowly cut out. It is gradual but after a couple of hours of playing, the sound effects begin to slowly cut out and then the game is basically muted. I will then log my character out and there are no sound effects on the character selection screen.Since patch 6.0 the sound in the game starts to stutter extremely at the beginning of the fight and is played slowly and distorted. Switching to Direct X9 didn't work. Graphics drivers are up-to-date, changing the audio frequency did not help either. Headphones replaced by speakers, no success. Windows update to no avail.
