I enjoyed it. If you like twin blades it's a solid choice for arcane hybrid builds. I'd suggest power standing with another twin blade infused with bleed / occult, as you can get high count combos off with that move set and that adds up on the bleed proc. This is way late, found this thread looking for pole blade stuff. Eleonora's absolutely belongs is S tier. Dual wielding them, using a talisman that boosts successive attacks by 30%, talisman that boosts dex a lil and successive attacks again by another 20%, and then jump attack talisman for another 30% damage boost for jump attacks.

I jump between a katana bleed build with Rivers of Blood + Nagakiba with Seppuku, and a twin blade bleed build with Eleonora's Poleblade + Godskin Peeler with Seppuku for the ash of war. Both builds are super powerful, however, I find the twin blades a bit more fun and more versatile.
