After a 40 minute Tech Support call I put in a service request. The Tech came out, checked all my connections, and replaced it with a new wi-fi 6.Wanna reboot your modem without physically grabbing the box and unplugging it? Want uptime status? Ah, you must be that notorious hacker, 4chan. Like for real, lock away all the settings you don't want touched but FFS at least give us a status page with a reboot button. Drives me up a wall and is the primary reason I usually buy my own modem.
