Mine is about. 6 pounds front trigger. 4 pounds rear trigger. The custom is that the front trigger should be lighter than the rear trigger, to reduce the chance of doubling. CZ offered to lighten the trigger pulls but at a reasonable charge. Honestly, a crisp 6 pounds is not that bad in the field so the offer was declined.

i beleive the Sharptail is the same as the CZ Mallard only with a english stock. i own a 20ga Mallard and a 28 ga Bobwhite. if i had to pick i would say the Bobwhite MAYBE has a slight quality edge but if it does it's not enough to choose one over the other. i have handled the 20ga Bobwhite and weight to the Mallard seems about the same.Back by popular demand — and at a very nice price!
