4/21/2020. I wasted money as waited til 11 months after paying to find a dentist for cosmetic work, I called 15 dentist and they never heard of this plan and when proven they did carry it would not honor the fee scheduled that they signed up to provided. This was joke and waste of 125.00. R.

It's about $80 a year but I got it initially because I had to have cavities fixed...it dropped the price from almost $400 per filling to $280 per filling.
