You don't need to side with the Goblins to free Sazza. You can just use her to infiltrate the Goblin Camp and then kill the 3 Leaders once within. That doesn't need to break your Oath either, assuming you use one of your Companions to talk to Sazza. I've heard if you let them kill her then open the cage, it will break your oath.
If you leave her alive you will probably break your oath. If you take the hair you must win the dialog check to save the girl as well. Letting the hag take the girl will break your oath.
