Before purchasing, I fully researched, followed, handled & shot several friends Shadow Systems MR920 & DR920 pistols. Full disclosure, I am a long time firearm enthusiast & shooter but NEVER a Glock or any other plastic (okay “polymer”) striker fire …They won’t sell frames separately, which I think is ridiculous especially for folks who have already bought into the Shadow Systems products. Buy a foundation and then sell the slide. There were some Fde mr918 frames floating around in the internet but they’ve since been sold.

I have a mr920 as one my carry guns and G45 for HD. I plan on getting ramjet for the G45 maybe. But honestly pretty happy with upgraded sights and a TLR-1. You'll end up sinking way more into the G45 than just catching an xr920 on sale. It’s missing a larger cutout on the rear of the slide to be able to fit on gen5. Awesome thank you! Changing the plate on the rear of the slide to a gen 5 plate should do. The shadow system mr920 is based off of Gen 3 glocks so any Gen 3 components should work just fine. Call them if you have questions tho.
