I would recommend osanc or dungeoneer as they both have low reqs and are geared towards newer players to o3. Runs usually require at least maxed dps stats or 8/8 and tops. It took me about 20 runs to get my first complete and 50-100 to complete almost every run. IMO O3 is easier than new shatters, and I daresay leechable with a good enough group given peoples obsession with topping the sniffer, but the problem is just getting in.
