I am in desperate need of a vacuum line diagram as I have one line open on my intake and I do not think I have my leak detection pump hooked up correctly because i am generating a P1495 code.Since I have better things to do with that much $$ I cut maybe 6 inches of the bad line out and replaced it with Transmission Oil Cooler Hose and used two hose clamps on each end of that. I ended up using probably closer to 2 ft of the hose so I could reroute it and have a nice loop instead of a 90 degree (ish) bend.

If you are blowing fuses I would be checking the power wire from the f-p relay back to the pump for damage causing a short. It is dark green/white.After removing the air intake tube, start the engine and with it at idle rpms, spray a goodly amount of throttle body cleaner into the throttle body. The IAC will suck the cleaner in through itself and, likely, kill the engine due to it being flooded with cleaner.
