Nov 1, 2023 · I'll update as I just ordered Honda 15810-r70-a04 (spool valve assembly); and two (yes, 2!) bolts 95701-08040-08 as the parts guy recommended via email from hondaautomotiveparts.com. We will see who's right as it seems like some have suggested all I need is the spool valve assembly and the TSB says to use three new bolts. Time will tell.
