Yeah I tried the endgame bosses with Eleonora's Poleblade 2H and it was kinda painful because of how much it relies on combos and how small the boss openings are. I can't even imagine using the others that don't have Bleed or a good weapon art like Eleonora's.
The strength of Eleonora pole blade is the ash of war and base bleed/fire damage. Godskin peeler is excellent but my favourite is Knight twinblade because it has great reach and scales with strength. There are plenty of good ashes of war you can use besides Seppuku but it does depend on your exact stats. Eleonora's move is cool but it can be situational. Sometimes a quick double slash is best or blood tax to stunlock an enemy and do some poise damage. The cold dragon incantation is very good, as well as the scarlet rot one.
