When I lived downtown, I walked from St. Paul DART station to the Davis building basement almost every day. Last time I was down there, the tunnel entrances were closed at 1401 Elm (it's under foreclosure) so the system was divided into a BofA/Renaissance Tower section and a Thanksgiving Square/Republic Center/etc. section.
