Ram 2500 stuck in 4th gear.

Pulled codes with scanner and got p0700 (which I believe is just to turn on the CEL) and p1776 Solenoid switch valve latched in the LR position. I drove the truck home parked it …4.7L. Figured out how to take the plug off. Press the tab in, on the top middle of the plug. Than Slide the red locking tab down. Next pull the gray latch down. I used a pry bar to gently pry the bottom of the plug at the same time pushing the gray latch down.It didn’t go into 4WD auto but when I tried after restarting it went into 4WD low. Then the light came on again and it won’t switch out. Reset codes, unplugged battery for 15 minutes, light still on. Won’t change out. I checked the front axle lock cable extension and it’s good and added dielectric grease for good measure, still nothing.

I felt the transmission slip and now it is stuck in fourth gear. I have come to a stop And the truck will downshift from 4th to 1st gear. Then when I go again it will jump from 1st to 4th gear. Trans stuck in 4th. 2013 ram 3500hd is stuck in 4th gear while in drive. Reverse works. There is a shift solenoid A and a tcm low voltage code. There is a couple "u" codes. I can't remember what other codes was stored in it. It's a work Truck that I got thrown in the middle of it when the mechanic left.

P0882 and truck stuck in 4th means you are not getting 12V power from the Trans Relay (in the Totally Integrated Power Module [TIPM]) to the trans. If that is what's happening, you probably have a burned OD clutch. But if the TCM is never telling it to shift, then the problem is likely in the PCM (or the throttle or output speed reading).
