(Note - I am not new to reloading and have been doing so since the mid 70's) Consistently IMR 3031 is shown as being a good across the board powder for this cartridge. It is a high pressure powder. If you load it to little you cause a high pressure problem, if you load it to much you cause a high pressure problem. Hodgdon does not even list a load with it.
