Since you're on kingmaker getting to level 20 is kinda tough and you want to get 6th level spells as soon as you possibly can for transformation. Dueling sword is a perfectly fine weapon for a dex build, since it's an exotic there's not a ton of dueling swords in the game, but there's a few pretty good ones. For stats I'd go 9/19/14/16/10/8.
