since the centre alignment is adjustable in the .ini file, asking for skins that have it is pretty pointless as you can even do it yourself. There are external programs that will do it for you (the above post for example), what you have to do is just type the value you want.
If it is the .osk (pink like file) then you should be able to just drag it into the osu! window/client and it will auto import and change. If it is the file/folder then you will need to manually open the Skins folder within the osu! folder (easy way is to go into the osu! settings with 'ctrl+o' > scroll til you see "open osu! folder" > locate ...Click Open Song Folder.
