I'm trying to transfer an existing number and phone to Mint, and it's proving... challenging. Day 1: I signed up for Mint with an eSIM and received an email confirming my order. Using my PC, I followed the link in the email where I was asked to enter some info (phone number, existing TMobile account number, transfer request PIN, etc.).
