Oct 3, 2021. #25. Try running the kart with the nuts on the bolts but not tight. This will allow the bolts to hopefully vibrate or work loose enough to get them out. Soak them down with some good rust penetrant, the idea is to break the rust loose. Be aware of what's going, drive slowly.
