If the fan comes on, the temp switch is bad. If it doesn't, with the wires still jumped, check for power at the fan. I removed the skid pan and found a tube that was coming out of the engine that was leaking. Checked the oil level and it is fine and the coolent level is fine.1999 Prairie 400 wont get over 20mph.
