Just wanted to say Yura won't appear unless you completely exhaust the dialogue after defeating Ravenmount Assassin.To be honest I wouldn't even use rivers of blood anymore, I'm currently dual handing the godskin peeler and twined knight swords, both + 20-ish with sepuku on both, and they shred anything that bleeds.
