Unable to Quickhack after 2.0 Update. I did a fresh install and disabled mods to play vanilla for the new update. I loaded in and did a new save to go ahead and experience the game fresh. Got to the door of the first mission and was asked to quickhack it open, but no matter how many times I hit F to execute the quickhack it just doesn't activate.

It an effect that's only supposed to last a few seconds. Now if you're unlucky it's permanent. You're stuck playing with a glitchy, blurry screen until CDPR finds a fix.
