The installs were reasonably straight forward. The rear required a little work to snake through a rubber harness to the rear lift gate. The C40 is very similar, the front is identical, but the rear is a bit more of a pain in the butt.

I have an update to my post on the engine oil check procedure in the XC40. I spoke with a Volvo Service Associate (second time) at my local dealer. He advised me to let the car's oil level sensors do the work of alerting me when the engine oil level is low. I don't have any experience with the Drive-E engine.
