The Tobin (also referred to as the Mystic River Bridge) takes you from Boston across the Mystic to Chelsea. With three levels of traffic (northbound on the lower levels and southbound on the upper), it does an okay job of moving the cars. The bridge was built between 1948 and 1950, opening for traffic in 1950.
