The crowd meter works based off of our tracker, which does check people out after 45 minutes. The total amount is based off whatever their current max capacity is, which in some cases is too high. Call your home gym, tell them you lost your key card. They will change your barcode # to your cell #, once you have this changed you can go online and change your home gym. Also, just use the app! They aren't giving out new key tags, but you can show the barcode from the app. Let me know if you have questions!
