Seconding the enchant thing. The game isn't overly picky on elemental advantages so pick 1 and let the pawn have other skills (comestion/anodyne/halidom are 3 common picks for a support mage, leaving 2 more slots). I'd prefer a Utilitarian primary with either of those two combat inclinations as secondary.
Guardian inclination pawn straight up the worst. Basically cowards. They only incline to attack when Arisen get hurt. Challenger and Utilitarian are good inclinations and also what I use. The problem is that you have to continually put them back to that setting. Basically, searching for offline pawns comes down to their actual skill setups. For every skill setup you see, there are at least 3 other pawns that share that same exact skill setup and inclination. However, these 4 pawns look totally different from each other and have different equipment.

Answering yes to that question will allow you to set your secondary inclination, which should be guardian in this case - selecting no doesn't really do anything. You only get questions like that when your secondary and tertiary inclinations are too close in value for the pawn to differentiate between. There is no real drawback in selecting yes.
