Litter robot says drawer is full.

My litter robot purchased recent permantely says it is full. It appears to be missing one of the sensors that senses litter. Litter Robot Connect is the model purchased november 2019 from robot shop. That didn't work. I thought maybe it was because the sensor was dirty so I removed the bonnet and the globe and wiped down the sensor with a moist microfiber. That didn't work either. The work around seems to be just keep resetting the gauge a couple times and it seems to be ok for 2 more days or so before the waste bin is actually kinda full. Reinstall the fence by snapping it onto the bezel at the globe entrance. Plug the unit in and power it on. 100% full should mean the drawer is 100% full and can’t hold anymore. That’s the entire reason for the percentages. It could go another 4 days with how much room is left when it gets to 100%.
