Yes Episode 13 aired on Feb 12th, it was announced the following Friday that there wouldn't be any new dub episodes till March 5th (I.E Its taking a similar break like the sub did a few weeks back) When it returns it will be the second half of the season and air weekly till it finishes unless there are unforeseen delays.
