I think they correlate pretty well. My first yrs packrat I scored 155, my second yr packrat I scored 166. I just received my PANCE scores 4 days ago and I scored 540. My practice packrat percentages were always accurate compared to my the real packrat scores. In my opinion they can be used to get a feel for how you will do on the pance.
