Steam Deck save transfer. Hey, so I'm trying to transfer my MH3U save from my PC to Steam deck, and it doesn't seem to be picking it up. Is there anything special I need to do or did I miss something obvious. EDIT: Figured it out, I forgot the 0005000 folder or whatever it's called is where I need to put the files. Archived post.

Upload your save file and change it to switch, then download it. I don't tried it. You can convert your save file from a wii u format to a nintendo switch format but you will have to hack/mod your nintendo switch in order to transfer that save file (not worth doing).
I have enabled and can use CEMU on both the desktop as well as on the Deck through EmuDeck, however I am not sure what I would like to do is achievable and so here I am asking: any way to copy saved game files from Deck to Steam/CEMU on a desktop or, even better, enable a sort of cloud saves ?

Your best bet is to build up your own directory structure of game saves, use SyncThing to sync them down to a directory on your Deck, then enter each emulator and point their respective config for storage/saves at your directories. The biggest issue here is, if you run EmuDeck updater to re-reun EmuDeck, these configs will get overwritten.Also the basic settings within Cemu.
